Staying in control
Everything on this page is something you do to yourself, and everything here is easy to switch on and hard to switch off. That is on purpose.
Check yourself
Any one of these is worth stopping for. Two of them is worth using the tools below today.
- You have bet more than you meant to, more than once.
- You have gone back in to win back what you lost.
- You have borrowed money, or used money meant for something else.
- You have hidden how much you bet from somebody.
- You bet to stop feeling something, rather than because you enjoy it.
- You have tried to cut down and not managed it.
Where to get help
These are independent of us. We cannot see that you contacted them and they do not report to us.
- Talian Kasih — 15999, 24 hours, or WhatsApp 019 261 5999. Malaysia's national help line.
- Befrienders KL — 03 7627 2929, 24 hours. befrienders.org.my

Your tools
These change your own account, so you have to be signed in for us to know whose account to change.
Deposit limit
A cap on how much you can put in, set by you, on top of ours. Leave a box at 0 for no limit of that kind.
Lowering it happens straight away. Raising it waits 24 hours — long enough that it is not part of the same sitting as the decision to raise it. You can call off a rise at any point before it lands.
Take a time out
Closes your account for a set number of days, up to 42. You cannot log in, bet, deposit or withdraw while it runs. It reopens on its own — nobody has to do anything.
Bets you already have on still settle normally, and any winnings go to your balance and wait for you.
Self-exclusion
Minimum 182 days. Bets you already have on still settle, and you can ask support to send your balance out.
What we do at our end
- Nobody under 18 may hold an account.
- We do not lend money and we do not offer credit.
- We do not chase a member who has stopped betting, and we do not send offers to anybody who has excluded themselves or is on a time out.
- An operator can block an account but cannot lift a self-exclusion — the back office refuses it, at our own end, rather than relying on staff to remember.
Questions about anything here go to support. If you want your account closed and would rather not do it yourself, ask and we will do it for you.
